Geological tourism is the modality where the geological information is the great attractive, without it these places become unknown. This is the case of famous outcrops or didactic situations for students and geology professionals. In 2001, the first symposium of geological treks took place in Paraná with the publication of the main scientific itineraries in the State. This is very useful for spreading geoscientific knowledge to higher courses addressed to environmental issues.
